.  Preliminary export market entry strategies, with action steps to take them to a full Export Plan

.  Maximizing budget through the use of Local Government grants, R & D negotiation, etc., and EMDG rebates over time

.  Export proposals, contracts, terms of trade, licensing, manufacturing under licence, protection of intellectual property (especially important as 24% of Australia 's exports are services)

.  Planning target market strategies, working budgets for potential exporters to ensure they maximise their in-country time and effort.

.  Establishing contacts, and using Austrade for maximum effectiveness.

.  Trade event and stand organisation and systems to ensure maximum exposure and effective follow up procedures

.  Generating ideas that are pragmatic and have a good degree of success in problem solving needed for export development

.  Cross-cultural training to increase export effectiveness

.  Frameworks and protocols for successful meetings and for successful negotiation.
